The purpose of this web-based accessible housing registry is to help consumers, social workers, community service providers and others locate potential sources of accessible housing. On it you will find an inventory of rental properties that are wheelchair accessible. While it does not list vacancies, it gives the user a place to start in their search.
Our standard search function allows users to look for properties that contain the accessibility features they require. Our guided search will provide a broader set of results based only on price, number of bedrooms, and size. In either case, we recommend that you use this website to create a contact list of potential properties that might suit you and use those contacts to determine when a unit may be coming available, or options for adapting regular units (see our resource page for information on funding for renovations).
We have provided you with as much information as we can about the accessibility of the properties on this site, but it is your responsibility to verify all of this information with the property owner/manager. We do not take responsibility for errors or out of date information, but we do appreciate you letting us know about them. Where the information on this site differs from that of the property owner/manager, the latter is considered correct.
